Delivery is part of being in the Club. What's in your cart decides how it travels, you always see which promise applies and what it costs before you pay, and every conversation is in English.

White-Glove Delivery

Never curbside. Our crew carries it to your terrace, assembles it and lights the first fire with you — in English, from our hub to your home.

  1. Secure heavy-freight transport

    Strapped to a dedicated pallet, insured door to door and tracked all the way into Portugal.

  2. White-Glove delivery to your terrace

    Carried through the gate, up the steps and onto the exact spot you chose, whether it's a Lisbon apartment or an Algarve villa.

  3. Professional unboxing & assembly

    Chassis assembly, banding torque, gasket seating and a full component check. The packaging leaves with the crew.

  4. First-burn briefing

    A guided first burn and airflow calibration for your microclimate. Every Kamado arrives with a premium charcoal starter pack for your first burn.

Anything you order with a Kamado travels with it — no extra delivery.

How it works

Cost
By delivery zone, shown at checkout. An XL surcharge applies to XL models. The balance on a Kamado order is collected at delivery.

How it works
Pick a run date for your area at checkout. We deliver in our own vehicle on days our crew is already in your region. Each date shows its status: Confirmed, Needs N more orders, Almost full or Full.
Cost
Calculated at checkout. Minimum order: €50. Order by 18:00, two days before the run date.

Club Parcel

For
Small items that fit in a box.
How it works
Sent by DPD to anywhere on mainland Portugal, with tracking.
Cost
Free over the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout; otherwise a flat fee — shown at checkout.
You'll hear from us
We email you a tracking link when your parcel is dispatched.

How a Club Run works

  1. Enter your postal code at checkout.
  2. Pick a run date.
  3. If the run needs more orders to go ahead, you choose what happens if it doesn't fill (see below).
  4. We email you the day before with your delivery window.
  5. Our crew delivers and you're done.

What if my Club Run doesn't fill up?

Some run dates need a minimum number of orders. If yours doesn't reach it by the cutoff, you choose at checkout what happens:

  • Move me to the next run — the default, with one move only.
  • Refund me in full.

We email you before anything changes. Runs that coincide with a Kamado delivery in your area are Confirmed from the start.
