Postcodes 1000–1999 and 2600–2999 are a served delivery zone at a flat €149 — from the city centre across the river to Almada and Setúbal, and north to Loures and Vila Franca de Xira. We carry the ceramic through the gate, up the stairwell or into the lift — never curbside.
Assembly and first-fire handover
Your Kamado is assembled on site, the bands and hinge are tensioned, and we walk you through the first burn-in and vent settings before we leave — balcony, rooftop terrace or garden.

Lisbon's summer north wind is steady and strong. It cools the terrace nicely, but it also pulls more air through the firebox than inland guidance assumes — close the bottom vent a touch earlier than you think you need to.

Riverside and coastal apartments pick up salt and moisture off the estuary even a few streets back from the water. Wipe down bands, hinge and cage every few weeks, same as a coastal villa.
Reflected heat on city balconies
Stone and tile terraces surrounded by building facades run hotter than an open garden in full sun. Give the ceramic a few extra minutes to stabilise before you trust the dome thermometer on a west-facing balcony.
