Under Portuguese consumer protection law, every customer purchasing from The Outdoor Club Portugal has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods — without giving a reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Custom orders, built-in island modules and products that have been assembled or fired up are excluded from the standard cooling-off period, as they are made to the customer's specific requirements.
