How the Table Works
Members open their terraces to fellow fire-cooks, and guests simply share the cost of premium ingredients and wine. The club takes care of secure booking and English-language support, so hosts can focus on the fire — not the admin.
Cook it yourself
Every table on The Pitmaster Table is cooked on a ceramic Kamado over imported charcoal. Same machines, same fuel, delivered and set up across mainland Portugal.

Founding Pitmasters keep what they earn now, and lock in their place at the head of the table.
